This book was inspired by a class I taught last quarter. I realized I spent all quarter talking about creativity and asking my students to make time for journaling and creative reflection, yet I wasn’t doing it, myself. Their final assignment was to make something which they are innately motivated to do and which shows creativity. The class presented a fantastic variety: paintings, sculptures, dances, videos, food, a stand-up comedy routine, and a presentation on cargo ships! I decided that I too would make something for the final class, and here it is.
